CLOUDSEC is a free to attend Virtual Event for the IT community on the 16 to 18th November 2021 hosted by Trend Micro. It is of paramount importance to the CLOUDSEC planning committee that each and every person attending our virtual event has a positive and rewarding experience and to that end, Trend Micro is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all event participants.
The CLOUDSEC event team has established this Virtual Events Code of Conduct to provide guidelines to Participants and to ensure that all Participants understand what behaviour is expected, and what behaviour will not be tolerated. All participants, including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, CLOUDSEC staff/committee members, exhibitors/sponsors, and all others are expected to abide by this Virtual Events Code of Conduct.
CLOUDSEC has zero-tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment, by participants or our staff/committee at our event. If you experience harassment or hear of any incidents of unacceptable behavior, CLOUDSEC team asks that you inform the Conference Manager, email@example.com so that we can take the appropriate action.
CLOUDSEC reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the virtual meeting without warning, in response to any incident of unacceptable behaviour based on the CLOUDSEC Gamification and Prizes on offer and the decision of the CLOUDSEC event team is final, no screen shots taken in the duration of the event will be accepted or debated.
CLOUDSEC reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the virtual meeting without warning, in response to any incident of unacceptable behaviour, and CLOUDSEC event team reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future meeting, virtually or in person.
A participant who believes he or she was falsely or unfairly accused of violating this Code of Conduct should notify the conference manager with a concise description of the grievance. All grievances will be handled in accordance with existing governing policies.
